6:45 – Morning recitation

7:30 – Breakfast

8:20 – 4x meditation (40 minutes each)

12:00 – Lunch

13:20 – Walking meditation in the forest

14:20 – Meditation, lecture, 2x meditation

18:00 – Dinner

19:30 – Meditation

20:30 – Evening recitation


  • Participants are expected to take part in the entire program.
  • The entire retreat is in silence. Cell phones may not be used.
  • Accommodation is in shared rooms (2-4) separated by gender.
  • Please bring your own bed linen.
  • The catering is vegetarian (vegan is possible)
